I managed to punch a circle (on standard cardstock) before the punch got stuck. After inspecting the lower part, I saw that the steel round die had collapsed in several places. The puncher fails completely after one use. Incidentally, the same thing happened to the 3" Uchida notch blocher I bought to go with it, only I was able to make 3 cuts before it broke completely. On a high note, the cutout I managed looks great out! I think it's something.
- The bottom of the punch has a sliding cover on the blade that catches your cuts
