Rotating handles, very difficult to use
I mainly use them for cheese and potatoes. I didn't grow up in a cooking family, so unfortunately I've never had a cheese grater. To eat healthier, I wanted to buy one without spending a lot of money. If I knew better, I'd bite the bullet and pay for a classic cheese grater. These flex and the handles just want to twist as you use them. Started about the third time. Easy to clean.
