The plug-in part is very small and a little difficult to pull out. Make sure you don't use a cable to pull it out as it can be tempting. The cable may be slightly thinner than the original cable and lacks the round "toroid" that is supposed to filter out interference. Despite all the things he seems to be missing, I still like him. Why? it works damn well :) I bought another one before gifting it, it looked great but it put my GPS in computer mode (pointed computer icon to GPS and did nothing else), good luck
