Was gold and they worked great after they broke Bought a pair of these. Big mistake, when I turn up the volume it starts cutting out the sound. I then checked and said I need to restart the PS4 controller because the bluetooth might be disconnecting so I did that and it worked fine for a short time then the same problem came back so I had to repeat the process and again. So I've found that if you have a lot of bluetooth devices around your house or set them up, this headset will drop connection, the headset and console will mute and lose communication and go silent and then beep again and reconnect . I do not recommend this to anyone with a lot of Bluetooth devices.
