I bought this for my kennel. I would say it's perfect for small birds. This is a decent size for my kennel, although I could use a little more. It was a bit tricky because the instructions weren't well explained. There are pictures but you'll have to guess which pieces go where as many of them look the same. Other than that, it's definitely a cute little bird playground that's easy to move from room to room. Update: After actually using it I decided to update since I basically commented out the assembly. My conure loves it now but it took a while. My only issue is that the position of the perches almost always means poo and food don't fall on them, so I clean them up all the time. Also, perches get dirty easily. I fed my parakeets strawberries and most of the groupers are red now lol. Otherwise it's pretty good but could use some improvements.
