I realized I needed a new soleplate for my Dyson vacuum when I noticed a huge scratch on the hardwood floor where I was vacuuming. The plastic rollers in the sole gradually collected in the dirt and mud until one of them irrevocably jammed and even became flat when wedged. In the end, a piece of loose sand fell into the crevice next to him and... uh. I went to this retailer rather than ordering directly from Dyson not only because the price was competitive but also because they offered a more direct promise regarding delivery times. A Dyson branded store would no doubt have sold me a product of the same quality, but they had a very vague promise like "7-10 working days" that wasn't as appealing to the usual "almost immediately" standard that even salespeople maintained. that do not work directly with Revain. I received the sole in a short time and it was as advertised, it seems to be a quality OEM part. I just installed it and have been vacuuming with more confidence ever since.
