fits exactly into my DC14. Concerned because mine has an odd submodel and is pinkish red instead of purple and grey. But it just fits.

Was replaced by my DC33. It took about a minute and a half. A must have if you've had a Dyson for a while. I also only have hardwood and tile floors, so this is a key component of the DC33.
