This set of knives is excellent, it is comfortable to hold in your hands. They do a great job of chopping vegetables, slicing raw and cooked meat, the weight of the knives is perfect, not too heavy and not too light. The knife block looks great, all knives fit perfectly. Looks great on a tabletop. They wash great and after rinsing, simply pat dry with a kitchen towel to keep them looking good and stain-free. Compared to an expensive set of knives, they offer excellent value for money.
