Ordered these door handles for the whole house. I received them and they are all installed when I found out we need another one. The last one came with no parts. I contacted the supplier and they told me to place another order and give them the order number so they can refund my money. I did just that and got my money back including shipping immediately. Smooth deal. I love these doorknobs because they are so stylish and modern. It's brushed nickel and shiny chrome together. This is consistent with our overall contemporary design of our home. The only negative thing I experienced was that one day I was in a hurry and the doorknob scratched my hand badly. If they rounded the corners a bit it would be safer. That may never happen again, but I wouldn't recommend it if you have kids. That's why I gave 4 stars.
