Review on 🔒 Enhanced Security with Kwikset 94002-868 Tylo Keyed Entry Knob in Polished Brass – Smartkey Option Included by Jonathan Wilson

I bought this door handle to replace an Ace Hardware garage door handle from a kitchen that was stuck. My front and back doors come with Kwikset smart key locks so I decided to order this smart key lock so all my keys are the same instead of worrying about changing the lock. The design seems ok, although I will say the handle is a bit small, if you have big hands like mine this little handle can seem quite small, another issue is that my door is a left hand door, due The only way to do this is to install the lock so that it faces the keyhole upside down and there is no way to flip the inside door latch to accept the handle right side up. The instructions say this is how you should do it and I'm pretty sure it was a cost saving feature along with a slight grip profile so I believe it's build quality hardware. I plan on keeping it because it works and I have the keys that match my existing locks. My suggestion is that you don't buy this if you are looking for higher quality, a larger handle and the ability to flip the inner latch to see the keyhole in the correct position. If you don't care about these issues, then this is the product for you.
