I'm a big fan of the Oxo Good Grips but this one clearly missed the mark. I actually ordered it by accident thinking it was a traditional metal wheel but decided to give it a try. It's actually a hard plastic wheel with a beveled edge. It just isn't sharp enough to cut through a crispy pizza. In fact, twice when using it I had to press so hard to cut it that I ended up pushing the whole pizza right off the pan and onto the bottom. Both pizzas were standard boboli ready-made crusts. In the two photos you uploaded you can see the pressure I put on my knee but the wheel didn't leave any marks. In the second picture I tried to cut the cake. It leaves a nick but doesn't completely cut through it. Save yourself the hassle. Use a regular metal wheel to slice the pizza.
