Review on Protective + Stylish: RUBAN Slim Hard Shell Case & Keyboard Cover For MacBook Air 11 (A1370/A1465) by Dan Tsourvakas

Case arrived on time and well packaged. It is exactly what I wanted, a minimally sized, light weight cover to protect my Macbook Air. The cover comes in two parts, a separate upper and lower piece and also includes a very supple silicon keyboard cover. Non skid silicon stick on "feet" for the bottom cover keep the computer in place on slippery surfaces. The hard plastic covers fit snugly and do not easily come off and are so thin that they add less than a quarter of an inch to the thickness of the computer. They also protect every part of the edges of the computer that do not require direct access (such as the usb, power, headphone and video ports which are fully accessible) Typing with the keyboard cover on took a little while to get used to because it does not allow any slipping of your fingers while typing. It does, however, do a great job of protecting the keys from spills and other stuff while using the device on an airplane fold down tray table. I've been on the road working for almost three months with this computer and never bother to take the cover off. The clear plastic covers have accumulated a fair amount of scratches and scuffs, but the computer underneath is, as yet, unscathed.
