I'm reviewing a pair of New Balance KJ888V1 Grade (Big Kid) sneakers that I received for free through the Revain Vine program. First, to our surprise, these aren't children's shoes. We ordered these for our daughter who wears a size 7 but accidentally ordered a size 6. However, to our surprise, they fit my wife very well. They were a bit tight at first, especially at the top, but she was able to loosen them quickly. She finds them comfortable for everyday use, but doesn't use them for sports. Although they look like baby shoes, they look pretty cute on her foot and she gets compliments on them. The quality is as usual from New Balance - well-coordinated, durable materials and the outsole reliably withstands the daily stresses. After a month of use, not only were they breaking in well, they were holding up and showing no visible signs of wear (other than being more comfortable than when we first started). Four stars for well done, surprisingly - trying on a pair of shoes.
