I purchased this product for a 2012 Mazda 5 Van. This is a complete product that also has steering wheel controls without the need to purchase an additional control module. The instructions are pretty simple. The cables are color coded to match your aftermarket stereo. At first everything worked except for the buttons on the steering wheel. CHECK THE PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR STEREO STATION PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS. My secondary stereo did NOT explicitly state how to program the controls from my steering wheel to my stereo. I found online support via the stereo manufacturer on how to program the buttons. CRUX advises that you may need to do this depending on your stereo, and just don't rely on your stereo's manual to check. I hope this helps anyone considering this product!
