Works very well Good for other sports

It was a bit confusing to assemble but it took about 5 minutes to get and install to try. I've been using it for about a week and I can feel the difference in my hip flexors. I had to watch videos on YouTube to see how to properly stretch with it. The only downside is that they stick to the straps. I have to stretch, pause, and come back because the grip of the straps constricts my arms. I will continue to use it as it has really helped improve my splits in just a few days of using the product. will be updated later as we make progress.
