Update: This is gambling

****Update 11/5/19**** I've had two of these firefly chats. One (red) worked with no problems. I ordered black and it was very uncomfortable. About 1/3 of the time I get in the car it "connects" to my iPhone but music/podcasts/calls still play as if through my phone. After trying everything in the book (including removing all Bluetooth devices and following all of Tunai's troubleshooting instructions), I emailed them to claim my warranty. phone is to blame. For the record, I use a lot of Bluetooth devices and have never had any issues with any other than this one - it doesn't work, I'm frustrated and it sucks because I really love this product when it works. Tunai is said to step in and help those who have been sold faulty devices. Note: Sometimes music is played from a small USB stick. There should be a micro sized speaker or something, it's like a spooky tinny faint noise you can barely hear. It took me weeks to figure out what was going on. **** Update 3.28.19 ***** Unfortunately the honeymoon is over. About every third time I get in the car, my iPhone 7 "connects" and shows as "connected" to my Firefly chat, but there's no sound coming through my speakers. No, it's not a cable, it's not my phone. I checked those two things. Unfortunately, something in the device prevents sound from being sent to the speakers and sometimes it shows as connected to a Firefly chat, but the sound only comes through my phone. Strange. I get frustrated as it makes me lose my focus on driving to try and fix it. Not good. If I had to do it again I would probably look for a different product. I like that it is small, slim and compact. Maybe perfect. ----------- Disclaimer: I received the product today and tested it right away. I use it all day, make a few phone calls, stream from different apps etc. from my iPhone 7. It's a dream come true for me. I do not use these words lightly. If you search for Bluetooth car kits (for streaming and hands-free calling), you'll find that many of them have lots of cables and button interfaces that you need to connect to your dashboard. None of them are slim, small or unnoticed. I was concerned that my 2015 Chevy Spark LS would not work with this unit. The AUX-in and the port where I can connect the USB are at the bottom of the center console, closer to the legs and knees than the chest. I thought streaming would work, but the mic in it would be too far away for people to hear me. Well that's great. Crystal clear quality. It's better than the built in Bluetooth on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. This product is coming. If you are in the market I say give it a try. It doesn't have an on or off switch like the others. You don't have to charge it. There is no dough. You simply connect the USB (so it gets power) and then the audio jack with the auxiliary cable. And boom. It works. You don't need to complete the entire process, even for the initial pairing. It just started flashing and immediately showed up in my phone's bluetooth menu. Paired once and it works every time I get in the car. I don't have to select it again or anything. Seamless. Every Chevrolet Spark LS should have one of these!
