I have a third UE Boom. I have experience in digital film production and sound editing. I take good care of my gear. Don't fall, don't spill, don't kick. However, all of my 3 Ultimate Ears Booms only lasted about 1 year, not even that. They look cool, but it's always the same: day after day, for no apparent reason, they stop working properly and instead make a tinny, jangly and weak sound . Sometimes it helps if Bluetooth is restarted. I ended up with this brand. Not sure what the quality issues are with thousands of great reviews. Either they sell fakes here at Revain which I got by accident or the speakers are actually built not to last.
