I have had mix and match utensils for years. I always thought that those black hard plastic ones were the best. How wrong I was. These silicone ones are so good. They are heat resistant. The old spatula I had would start melting at the tip and some of the plastic would end up in my food. This silicone one does a great job and best of all it won't discolor. I highly recommend it!

- They fall apart when washing them. The yellow part detached from the wood handles. It’s quite annoying.
