Product defect and nut loose end

This appears to be a poor quality item. It broke trying to remove the filter meaning I couldn't even replace it. And since I had already drained all the oil, I had to replace this wall without changing the filter. This doesn't make me happy, now I feel like I'll change the oil a lot sooner because I couldn't change the filter and that's another $35 waste of oil.
