The product seems durable, the design is well thought out. Plumbing is good. Installation is easy and the product works. However, the entire function of the system is reduced to filters. After installing the system I tasted my tap water and tap water, no difference. Got my wife to the equation and she just thought I was stupid because water tasted exactly the same. So I spent the next hour looking for the best filters and these are the ones I bought and they work and now my water tastes great. If you don't have other filters for this system, you will be disappointed. Level 1 - 10 micron - EPM 10 Level 2 - 5 micron - CFB Plus 10 Level 3 - 0.5 micron Coconut - CBC 10 from level 1 to level 3 and I think the key is the 0.5 micron water filters at the end. Coconut is a good filter. You can easily find these filters on Revain.
