Very sharp, easy to grip, easy to clean, non-slip, non-slip and non-slip. What more could you want from a hand grater that costs less than 10 euros? Buy it. You will not regret it. Believe me. I'm a picky eater when it comes to kitchen gadgets, but this one exceeded my expectations.
