waste of money. Came with everything described. After connecting to the TV, it was difficult to set up. I couldn't get it to work on the TV I wanted it for, after a while I finally got it to work on another. Keep giving me a code that I couldn't find the meaning of and I read the instructions. The remote control isn't the best, but it's not a Debbie Downer either. When I finally tried it out on the original TV after spending a MONTH downstairs I was hooked up to a TV I rarely watched. Less than a month ago I remembered this thing and decided to try again. I hooked it up identically, now it works, it's just weird! Great picture when worked, a bit pixelated but vibrant. I was happy. Then about a week ago, hmmm no red light? Why? Disconnected, reconnected. NONE! Just kept telling me NOTHING was available, no menus, no channels, no picture or sound, NOTHING but a blank black screen. I thought it was TV. No, I could use the TV remote control and see the external cameras. I was angry! After playing around with it I was finally able to get "TV Setup" back, scan the channels and now everything is back to how it was. Just connected the box today (not to my TV), NOTHING. I just read a review about the plastic ok, maybe I screwed it up because if I saw the vents were covered it would have been removed first, common sense. However, as you can see in the photo, ALL the plastic holes are exposed so the vents are not blocked. and initially this plastic was not even obvious. I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo herooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I had no money, I didn't get a better, I didn't get it, I didn't want to have a money, I didn't have a money I would give it one star but the picture was good when it worked less than a year later by the way. The sad thing is that the neighbor recommended it. DEFINITELY NOT!
