I don't know if it's a shock or a defect. Those front shocks were installed and the Xterra feels like the engine is about to hit the ground when I go through a speed bump at slow speed. The watch faces are all set to 9 and it seems that when set to 0 there is no support at all. UPDATE - look, I don't know if it was just my beats, I love the ranches, they are a top product. but if you want to buy shock absorbers, get them from your nearest mechanic. At least you can go to them and fix the problem. My shocks didn't last long so I just installed new shocks. Trust me, just walk into any store or store.
