Review on 🧀 Kuhn Rikon Dual Grater: Fine/Medium 8" Red - Efficient Cheese and Vegetable Grating Tool by Michelle Moore

4/14/15 All I can say is that this is nothing but junk! They looked like a good idea so I decided to give it a try. I ordered both the fine/medication and the course/tape...both arrived yesterday and will be back today. These pens are dangerous. They're nothing but shiny smooth plastic with bulges that are the same shiny smooth plastic... I doubt the bulges will have much of an impact on traction on slippery plastic. I have many, many graters... I make all kinds of graters. Most of my graters are Microplane and a few Oxos and I've never had a problem hanging on to them (the handles are good to grab) and they're sharp, sharp. In my opinion... these arts are an accident waiting in the wings. One slip and goodbye skin or worse. In truth, I wouldn't be surprised if you exposed the bars that the handle broke because they're flimsy. I realize there are some great reviews out there...everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I can't imagine them being that annoyed with these products.
