Delighted with this gadget and its grid capability does not disappoint. I gave 4 stars only because of the grip; Super low quality and slippery.

as described, also a wonderful little kitchen. This is an addition to a large grater for small items or for easy top drawer storage. It is sharp and washes off easily. It remains to be seen whether this will remain so in the long term.

I usually like Kuhn Rikon products and the concept is great but it actually feels unreliable. Couldn't find it in stores to try first. The flat rasp packs away just as easily which is why I bought this one as it fell apart.

This is an amazing kitchen tool - it's small and easy to use, and packs away too so it fits perfectly in a kitchen drawer! And less chance of cutting your fingers/hand when grabbing or looking for other things in the desk drawer - the great idea from Kuhn Rikon!

Interesting design. Safe design as the sharp parts of the grate are covered to avoid accidentally scratching other devices in the drawer. The corner he put in place so you don't lose it keeps the grate clean and sharp. I have purchased several types of graters and love the design, safety and ease of quickly grating cheese for salad, grating nutmeg to sprinkle on my eggnog and how I use it. I'm sure I'll find them quick and easy to use, making the Kuhn Rikon double grater a good buy.

4/14/15 All I can say is that this is nothing but junk! They looked like a good idea so I decided to give it a try. I ordered both the fine/medication and the course/tape...both arrived yesterday and will be back today. These pens are dangerous. They're nothing but shiny smooth plastic with bulges that are the same shiny smooth plastic... I doubt the bulges will have much of an impact on traction on slippery plastic. I have many, many graters... I make all kinds of graters. Most of my graters…
