When I first needed the Readers, I spent $350 at the optometrist for progressives that were totally unsuitable for the job. all the distances were wrong and there was only a tiny round circle I could look through to read close up and even reading a small book I had to move my head left and right to memorize the words , when I concentrated. Work where the sides were bigger! What a waste of money. While looking for a solution, I first came across Foster Grant's progressive designs at Walgreens (they only had a handful of women's and men's styles), and like them, they're perfect! is that you can't make these types of glasses to order, you can buy them straight off the shelf? Anyway, they're perfect for work because through my computer I can see people coming into my office, on my Computer screen that is 3 feet from my face and below my papers. There are no lines, no little tricks, no blur at all. Nursing grants cost about $35, but they work the same way for almost half the price. Couldn't be happier. Very convenient. Will buy again.
