I have never found a knee brace in stores that fits me and doesn't irritate me. So I searched Revain and found this case. This is a great purchase. I have severe arthritis in my knee due to cartilage damage/removal and a torn ACL (high school football). Now in my 30's I am suffering and this case (I already have 3 of these) helps a lot. At work I have to walk on concrete and climb stairs all day. This sleeve helps for most of my shift. I can usually stand this for about 4 hours, then I drop them down to my ankles to give my knee a rest. I can always put them back on later when my knee needs it. Don't think that this sleeve will solve all your knee problems, it doesn't. But it is a good remedy for treating knee arthritis and I would highly recommend it.
