Super sweet! in my rating

She wore it for Easter. It was perfect for the weather and she felt very comfortable doing some activities outside of Easter. We decided she would wear shorts underneath. The outer fit is not see-through but it is a lightweight material. The addition of shorts for privacy helped keep her comfortable during the egg hunt and the kids playing outdoors during the day.
