Beautiful and durable. It's not sharp enough for slicing, but it's great for shredding ground beef. It took me a while to get used to moving the meat around in the pan (rather than tipping it up and down). The meat tends to stick to the edges (and because of the shape, you can't easily scrape it off), but it tends to slowly separate during cooking. (I haven't had to use my fingers to scrape the meat yet.) It's essentially a disposable tool - it shreds ground beef (much faster than a regular spatula), but you'll probably switch to a spatula or spoon when it does is comes for adding/mixing more ingredients.
