Like the larger version (1/2" chuck) - works well, great price. What else do you have?!? I will never go back to a regular drill if I need a hole that fits within the supported size range.It's so much easier to cut a hole than with a regular drill bit perforate the mark to keep the drill bit from moving, but suppose you're drilling something like 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick or less (depth of cut varies depending on diameter) and you can punch it in the center - that's the tool for the job, just grab a properly sized hole cutter and you're done.
