Review on Giani Granite Step 2 - White Limestone Mineral Color 6oz by Deejay Cowan

For years I've wondered what kind of lipstick I could put on this pig (aka 1980s kitchen - laminate countertops and cabinets in a rental property). Thanks to Pinterest I've decided to paint the cabinets, but the countertops?! After researching and searching for Gianni, the reviews looked good enough to give it a try. The best decision I could have made! I've just completed these (closets will follow next) so there will be a review of how they hold up soon. Notes on par with many other reviews: 1. View all videos. I found an amazing technique on YouTube that looks like poured concrete. Pretty easy and looks great! 2. LIGHT sanding is recommended before and during application of the clear top coat3. Apply generously for best results. Makes work easier and provides smoother and cooler results4. 3 coats of top coat and the last coat, just 2-3 passes before applying the next coat. Handles roll lines. You will need to allow a few days to complete all steps/dry between coats. Don't rush it. If your countertops are in need of a makeover then this is an amazing and affordable option when a total makeover is not an option. I'm linking Tic TAC Tiles (also on Revain) to this project and will post pictures of the grand opening when I'm done. For now the photos are below with the tiles secured to give you an idea.
