I bought these to replace defective speakers on my Harley Ultra 07 (FLHTCU). I had to slightly modify the underside of the speaker and the speaker grilles to fit the case. I cut about 1/4 inch off the bottom so they are centered on the hole in the fairing. The mounting holes didn't line up exactly, but by drilling them a little more I was able to install them. As far as sound goes, there's not much range and very little bass. Great if you like lots of highs, not so much if you like a deeper sound. I think they're ok for the price, but I'll try to find something else in the future.
