Loyal customer and Kutzall didn’t replace items

I use these all the time for years, I’ve replaced over a dozen of them. Recently I bought 2 replacements one for spare and other for daily use. With in 2 strokes attached to my Dremel it’s snapped in half, I replaced it with the spare and same thing happened. I feel loot was a defect because this is the first time it’s happened but I buy enough from Kutzall on a monthly basis when I complained they should have replaced it.

Difficulty in handling: The burr's 1/4" shaft may prove difficult to handle for some users, especially those with limited experience in woodworking
