I like that it is easy for employees who are not necessarily tech savvy, or even computer literate at all really understand how this tool works in order make changes if needed! The customer service team has been fantastic as well with any questions/concerns we have had (which isn't too many). There aren’t enough options available within their system which can be cumbersome when you need something specific but don‘e know exactly what they offer out there so cannot find an exact match without doing some research first - however once found its pretty straight forward from then point onwards unless your looking specifically into one thing such as call detail records etc where things could get more complicated depending upon restrictions set by telco providers themselves e.g number portability issues.
