Useful insights and analysis offered

The best thing about this tool is that it provides you with all kinds of reports, so I can easily see how many calls we have made in total for every day since when! This makes me very happy as my manager wants us to make sure our customers are satisfied at any time they interact or call them through phone numbers provided by Vodafone India Limited (VIL). Also there was no such option before where one could view their calling details online but now everything has been sorted out thanks to ic…

Great product!! User Friendly/intuitive Platform

The ability to pull all of our call center information into one place for easy access, reporting, etc is great! It is very user friendly and intuitive so that you can start using it right away without having to spend hours learning how to use this system. There are definitely some features missing (like phone number searching) but I'm sure these will be added in time as well. We had been trying different systems before we came across iC360. They were able to create custom reports with ease…

Very useful and helpful software/platform

Easy, quick access for any user within our team or customer can easily view their information about current calls with an alert if they are unavailable now so we know who is currently working then without having them check out at work! Nothing yet but would like more customization options in order make it look amazing as well have other features included that people might be interested (such as Call Queue Manager). Would recommend this product very much because its easy use makes things easier

Great product and excellent Customer Service

I like that it is easy for employees who are not necessarily tech savvy, or even computer literate at all really understand how this tool works in order make changes if needed! The customer service team has been fantastic as well with any questions/concerns we have had (which isn't too many). There aren’t enough options available within their system which can be cumbersome when you need something specific but donβ€˜e know exactly what they offer out there so cannot find an exact match without…
