The ability to pull all of our call center information into one place for easy access, reporting, etc is great! It is very user friendly and intuitive so that you can start using it right away without having to spend hours learning how to use this system.
There are definitely some features missing (like phone number searching) but I'm sure these will be added in time as well. We had been trying different systems before we came across iC360. They were able to create custom reports with ease allowing us to see where our issues lie within our teams.
