Very useful and helpful software/platform

Easy, quick access for any user within our team or customer can easily view their information about current calls with an alert if they are unavailable now so we know who is currently working then without having them check out at work! Nothing yet but would like more customization options in order make it look amazing as well have other features included that people might be interested (such as Call Queue Manager).

Would recommend this product very much because its easy use makes things easier around my department where I am trying to find certain phone numbers quickly instead going through all employees one by ones until finding what im looking for - which normally takes quite alot longer than using something such simple ease just does not exist anymore due lack many companies doing away from old way methods since our customers do no want us wasting time searching when there's faster ways available!! The best part was the easy integration with other systems like CRM, Salesforce etc., We can do much more with this product using its power BI tool compared to any other similar products in market today. I would recommend iC 360 for small businesses, it is very user friendly as well as cost effective. As mentioned earlier we could do so many things with PowerBI which made our life easier than before.
