Cute lunch bag with imperfect design

My wife was delighted with this lunch bag for work as it looks bigger than the one she has. Well, it's actually not that much bigger than she thought, but it definitely has a little more room inside. She placed her treats where there were no bulges, but the zipper was unbalanced as she pulled it shut. There is no pressure on the zip, it just pops out at the back when the zip is closed. This is a critical component so you don't want your lunch spilling all over the floor. Needless to say she loves the look of the bag but is disappointed with the quality. 🥺
