This is an Ethernet to USB adapter, not much to explain but here's something to know: DO NOT buy if you're buying it for Nintendo Switch and have internet speed over 50Mbps, in my tests with a router in the same room, 5Gh/z Wi-Fi performs equal or no better (Ethernet 47Mbps, 5Gh/z 50-70Mbps) . Also, the adapter is not suitable for a 3.0 USB port, you need to bend the connector 5 degrees for it to work. While I like the metal body and lack of a cable, it comes in handy in other circumstances.
