The product is good but not complete. This product contains only what you see. This kit does not include gaskets, fasteners or heat shields. You will need to purchase manifold gaskets, studs and nuts, and rear flange gasket, studs and nuts. You will also need to purchase (11) 1/4 "X1" bolts and nuts (to reassemble the eight heat shield pieces). The installation took 4 hours from start to finish. I had to heat, remove and repair six frozen bolts, carefully removing the heat shields from the original gearbox and attaching to a new replacement. Minor sheet metal modifications (around the O2 sensor ports) are required to properly install the O2 sensors. Don't worry about rattles. The halves of the heat shield fit together perfectly. NOTE. Be sure to run proper diagnostics before installing this item. Failure to correct code P0420 prior to installation will void your warranty. Run all necessary diagnostics before ordering.
