Remove the old, put in the new, voila!
Perfect fit for my 94 Pathfinder. No wire strippers and aftermarket crimp connectors to plug in, just plug and play. If I don't go back and edit this because it goes out of service after a while, 5 stars baby. Tip: The old fan worked intermittently and ran intermittently at all speeds. Therefore the problem was NOT in the resistor package. If the fan always runs at high speed but has problems at other speeds, the problem is probably with the resistor pack and not the fan motor.
