Great softphone for wireless communication

I have tried several wireless softphone headsets. I work from home about 60% of the time and spend most of the day on conference calls with people in other locations. I had a Plantronics C50 headset but this is a great upgrade. Advantages: 1. It is wireless from the USB base, and the USB base connects directly to the computer without a cable. The C50/60 version had a charging cradle that plugged into a USB port and plugged into a power source. This just plugs into a power source (which doesn't need to be plugged into the computer) and the USB connection is a small switch that plugs into the USB port. Now I don't have to tangle the cables on the table (I can store the charger somewhere else where it's not in the way).2. The device itself isn't that big compared to most softphone headsets. There are three wearing options: on the head, behind the neck or behind the ear. It's extremely versatile, giving you the freedom to customize it to suit your personal preferences. Others I've seen only have two options.3. Good quality. I can walk around the house - up and down the stairs without stopping.4. The buttons are easy to use. In the C50/60 version, muting wasn't as easy, and I muted my calls several times before I got the hang of it. This is really easy to use.5. All wearing styles are light and comfortable. The last Jabra I tried (and returned within a day) never fit in my ear (this one has 3 different earbuds) and the headband didn't adjust and was too big for my head. Cons: 1. Expensive2. None of the wireless headsets are of the same quality as the wired ones, so there is a very small minus, but we read: VERY small.3. It's more than the headphones you use with your mobile phone. If you want something that small, you should know that the quality of your bluetooth with a softphone app will never be as good as wireless via USB. Too much interference. However, like headsets designed for softphones, this one has a small profile and light weight. Overall I give her 5 stars. This is hands down the best I've ever used and I've tried them all: USB/Bluetooth, Bluetooth, wired, over-ear, over-the-head, over-the-head. I had three Logitech models (all wired), two Jabra models (both wireless), several Bluetooth headphones that also work with my iPhone, and three Plantronics. Plantronics are the best, and this is the best of the best. For people who spend a lot of time on their phones, this is great. Definitely recommend.
