When it worked, it was great! Unfortunately I was going to get the key out of my laptop to put away on a business trip (in the bag it was in) and it broke on the hinge and no longer works. I spent a lot of money on it and now I don't have a headset. Don't buy this. find something with a stronger key. Update: I called Plantronics and they sent me a full replacement promptly!

Excellent. Works well with Dragon Dictate. It requires USB because it runs on something that works better than Bluetooth, so don't get confused and think you can use it with your phone or iPad. You can not. But if you're moving around the office, looking out the window and typing long texts at the same time, my research shows it's one of the best out there and works exceptionally well - better than average-quality wired devices. Google searched everywhere to see if the Plantronics Savi W440 or one of the Plantronics DECT USB sticks would work with a Polycom VVX phone. I have found nothing.
