Love the product, hate the packaging

This product comes in a glass jar with a screw top. Mine arrived with a cross-threaded lid (the lid was screwed on incorrectly), making it impossible to open. I tried unscrewing them with a rubber grip and then a long-handled opener, but the only thing that happened was crushing the can. I ended up having to use a screwdriver to pierce the jar and lift the lid, sending the charcoal into the cloud. I won't buy it again which is a shame as the product, at least what's left, works well.
