I can't rate the item because I only received an empty (unpadded) envelope that was thrown, or rather floated, on the porch. If the product had actually been in an envelope that said it was "lighter than their smallest box," it would certainly have been broken. Where has the ceramic block gone? Why does a ceramic block need an unlined shell? It may have been someone's first (or last) day at work.
