Review on Chantal Tea Kettle - Classic Harmonica Whistling Teakettle, 1.8 Quart, White by Travion Woods

The copper coating on my kettle has peeled off in places. Looks like my teapot has dross with bright spots of chrome showing through. I don't polish my teapot because I like the copper patina, it makes the shiny chrome stains look even worse. Customer service is a joke. They ask you to take a picture - yes, it's like trying to take a picture of a mirror and sending it to them. I have not heard anything. I contacted her again. heard nothing Have phoned. They said it was my fault I used an abrasive cleaner. The? Is it my fault that the copper plating is of poor quality? Anyway, beware of those crappy copper Chantal teapots. If you can't do without it, take chrome.
