When the sensor was running, it spammed false positives most of the day and left notification pages from the app reporting a very generic message. I ended up installing the app on a second phone that I left at home because it was so annoying. I wish there was a way to tell WHEN to check for notifications. So I was ready to ditch this thing as it was more hassle than it was worth and it accidentally stopped broadcasting notifications. It had a low battery icon and I replaced the batteries with new ones but it still told me the battery was low. Then I decided to remove the device from the app and restart. No matter what I tried, the app does not connect to the device. I've been trying for 2 hours and I'm giving up. It's broken. Technical bullshit: I chose this option because I thought it could be integrated into my smart home since it works with Tuya, but I couldn't. An IFTTT trigger is available for this, but it never runs, there is no activity period.
