I was a bit skeptical that this would work but I have used the brown EVA version to seal off a mudroom that has an exterior door and the temperature difference speaks for itself. I do wish the bottom was a little bit heavier duty, it could use some heavier material to keep the breeze from coming across the floor. Otherwise for the price it’s a great value and it really does work. Installation was easy, I actually put up my own frame to hold it so I can take it down completely in spring. Sizing was accurate.
