First of all, great product, I have never seen such blisters before. Secondly, this product MUST be soaked while underwater as there is constant PRESSURE going through it. When I first received this product I thought I had received a bad batch and was considering returning it as there were no air bubbles which were not ok at all. They looked like giant bubbles trying to burst through a small hole, even with a pressure of 10 pounds per second going through it. I figured they might need more soaking time and soaked them for 6 hours before trying again. still large air bubbles. then I tried hooking up an air pump, only to find that the air pumps are nowhere near powerful enough to force air into this thing, even with 100 gallon air pumps. In the end it dawned on me that they had spelled the instructions wrong. It says it needs to be soaked for 6 hours before it works, but what it really means is you need to apply constant pressure of at least 7 beats per second for 6 hours before the bubbles will start spinning normally. So make sure you have CO2. . Traditional air pumps just aren't able to force air through this thing. much luck!
