Broken twice and leaking everywhere
Both my original purchased product and the new product each broke within 3 months causing water to leak out of the unit. Both times it was professionally installed and repaired. Luckily we were able to locate the leaks quickly and were not affected by the water. Also, within 2 months I noticed a deterioration in the taste of the water - it got a little bitter over time. I've just switched to a completely different system and the water tastes significantly better than what I got from this Aquasana setup. Don't waste your time here.
